People i would call and cancel if you signed up on a new contract. Pay the higher price for a no contract service. Flow will reach you sooner than later, and chances are they may reach before ADSL2 is even running in your area.

Ok people, I finally got through and spoke with 2 different individuals, here is the deal...they are not doing any connections as of now. It just so happens that my area is covered in the Phase 1 but they said it will not be ready for another 4-6 weeks. As a matter of fact they said no upgrades anywhere will be done before this time.
Now we can all stop calling 62-BLINK and go on with our regular lives.

You can encrypt your packets. Once you do this it becomes impossible for any ISP to block torrents. OR you can forget Lisa and TSTT and go with flow.
