My ex boyfriend and I used to have serious problems because of games. DOTA tear us apart. And I not joking...He started playing LONG before me, and then I kinda picked it up. To make a long story short - he woulda get owned any day of the week.
And we couldn't play on opposite sides. Cuz if we did play on opposing teams, and I cut to kill him - that was war when we went home. He used to stop talking to me, and give me the silent treatment. And ON TOP OF all that, he used to pm me in the middle of the game and tell me things like "You know I having a hard game, and I getting real frustrated. Them men rell gang me in d beginning, and look at the kinda woman I have - one who'll just feed of me when I weak and just look 4 easy kills. A good gf woulda NEVER do sumthing like that."
And I wouldn't even START to talk about Source - that was madness.Accordning to him - I used to purposely "aim at only him"
Allyuh probably feel I making this up, but I swear that is how d man was.
As far as I am concerned - there IS NO girl that could be worse than THIS man. I used to bash whiny, complaining girls too - until I realized there was worse...much worse.

I understand to an extent eh...but I still don't see a problem with a man's girl comin to sweat?
I doubt allyuh fellas see a problem with that?
Imagine that nah, a woman sweating with the boys, and like typical men - jus gaping d girl while she owning allyuh.
It sound highly unlikely - but it could happen.
In fact I SURE that happen to some a allyuh already.
I remember there was this time me and some friends went E-Nation to sweat, and there was one other girl with us - she used to play some DOTA. And when we walked in - the place just went silent. It was eerie.
I think that does happen though only beucz those men not accustomed to seeing girls in there often, so when they finally do see one, AND WORSE YET if she coming to sweat - thas a once in a blue moon experience.

I doubt.
My last boyfriend and I used to go and sweat together, well kinda..I used to go and he used to meet me there. But we used to reach in UWI for around 1 in the evening, and leave around 2 in the morning.
And I was never bored - I used to get RELL hungry - but not bored.
And this attention thing - nah Baego....
He was the attention hog. If there was only one free comp, and I had it - I used to give it to him (THAT IS LOVE FELLAS!)
And when i walking around, checking everybody that sweating (cuz is just a set of our friends) he used to say that I am not a good woman.
"A good woman would sit down by her man, even if the game of DOTA last for 2 1/2 hrs, and watch HIM alone play. But you hadda go and check everybody else."
U wanna say the g/f/ types crave attention?
And believe me, I agree wholeheartedly with the cell phone thing - let it ring..
Men just like women in that respect, is just that allyuh fellas lucky enough not to have girls that like game as much as you do.
My phone used to be ringing every other 10 mins when we go Java (which hardly ever used to happen anyway)
And all u hearing is, "So yuh ent leave yet? I thought u say is only one more game? How long a bloody game does take? Whatever, yes, what the hell ever."
So don't even come with that 'Woman and sweat don't mix.'
However, I agree, if she have nuttin to contribute, and is going to start whining and complaining after 2 hours, leave her home.

No, no, no...men can't ever accept it when a girl, much less for their 'woman' could abuse them in any game. And this is experience talking...I mean imagine if you and your girl went to a sweat, and all your pardners woulda prefer to have your woman on their side than you, cuz she just better than you on almost every level.
That is a serious blow to most egos. Mne could develop inferiority complexes from that kinda thing.

LOL...aww, it so cute how EmpireKing trying to fit in.
She really has an amazing voice though - the girl from Evanescence...I forgot her name though.
On my part, I don't really listen to that kinda music, but there are certain songs from Korn and Pantera and some others that does just get the adrenaline flowing..
For the while though, I in love with Fort Minor.
Fort Minor is a breakaway from Linkin Park, or is it jus a side project?

Rule Number 1:
Do NOT come to a sweat and expect to be fed. If you do get food though, be thankful. However, at the same time, the man who hosting the sweat really cyar bring men by his house and give them a half empty pack of stale bourbon biscuits and some flat Coke: thas not cool.
Rule Number 2:
If you are holding the sweat at a house where parents will be around - please keep the cursing to a MINIMUM!!
Rule Number 3:
Remember to cater for the men that WILL be invited by your friends that you will know NOTHING about. The last time I had a sweat home by me, I tell Daddy dearest that is only about 6 ppl. Lo and behold, 11/12 men show up by my house, and I only knew 4 a them.
Rule Number 4:
Do not come to a sweat and then look to ask a man "Aye, hear this nah, you have a extra monitor or wha? My monitor fleck up, I could only play DOTA on it - I cyar play stuff like Source. It DOES SHOW FUNNY." Yea man. I does always keep the 15" CRT in my back pocket in case of emergencies - this doh work.
Rule Number 5
This is not really a rule, but it is a experience I had. We went by a friend to sweat. And about 11 o clock in the night, this boy's cell phone start to ring. This man mother called him from upstairs and asked the man if he would ask his friends to get out of her house now, or if he would prefer if she do it. Try to refrain from holding sweats by ppl whose parents are prone to this kinda behaviour. Use these locations as 'LAST RESORT' sweat venues. These are the places to use when yuh RELL desperate for a sweat - when u start experiencing withdrawal symptoms and thing.

I not really sure about what to give up for Lent...it supposed to be a sacrifice that you making ent? But the things that most ppl give up for Lent really wouldn't be hard for me to give up. I doh eat meat, so thas not even a option. Alcohol just too easy too give - thas not much of a sacrifice for me. The only big sacrifice would be chocolate. But I KNOW that it impossible for me to go so long without...I still in the process of deciding what I should forgo.

Aye...me and Java have a history of bad experiences. The first time I ever went to one a their whole night Dota sweats, me and some pardners from UWI went; Ghost, Salt...Mouse. I was d only girl. And around 3 o clock in the morning, they turn off the flourescent lights; they end up putting on the nice ones. And then every single man in there start to bawl out "Yeah, yeah!! Porn time!! Porn time!! Allyuh see they turn on the porn lights." Well, I don't know what d hell going at this point. But apparently, they have a certain time dedicated to watching their porn...and the man in charge (can't remember his name) told them that they couldn't watch their porn becuz a me. And he was serious. So I feeling rell shame at this point. And EVERYBODY vex with me...Men I doh even know get vex with me. It was a while b4 I went back there-just in case anybody recognize me nah...
Then a next time a man named Cold nearly make me cry...but thas a next story.

Well I new here too. And I feeling like a rell loafer...my brother have a PS2, so I play that. My roomate up UWI have a XBox...so I play that too. And then we always have the PC games. :-)
I think I too cheap to actually spend my own money on consoles. And daddy dearest would definitely blank me if I I tell him that I want my own XBox for Christmas...*sniff
