well with the default IP i had, i was getting high latency in league of legends so i changed it since then i have not been getting any issues

you have to manually change it using flows dns server
do a ipconfig/all in command prompt and get the ip address u have and change the last digits of the IP address u can leave the default gatway as is
and use this dns servers
1.)dns preferred server: 200.1.104.35
2.)dns preferred server: 200.1.104.36
and note:- if u get a ip conflict keep changing it. that happens when someone is already using that ip address
