Dungeons and Dragons is having a resurgence with mentions in pop culture like in the TV show Big Bang theory. A main stereotype of american nerds, D&D was also shunned as satanic worship at one time.

People like Vin Diesel and Stephen Colbert grew up playing it and are quite passionate about their make believe stories.

As a huge Fan of Fantasy Novels, and eventually RPG Video games it was inevitable for me to research D&D. I was wondering if any Trinbagonians ever played or would like to I'm thinking of Learning to DM (Dungeon Master).
There are online Free services ways to play virtual Table top games now available ( Btw April 29th is TableTop day) if anyone is interested.

I play Smite as well which is sufficiently different from DOTA2 and as a fan of Mythology it's pretty good....Esports is a big thing in it as well....Might look to put a Trini Team together.....but i just love DOTA2 so much and i tend to forget smite....

Hey Folks!! Just wanted to let the Local Trini MMO players know that Guild wars 2 is now three years old and the core game is Free to play. No micro-transactions forced on you and you can play without spending any money with no subscription fees. The Expansion is carded for October 23rd is a separate cost with different Tiers as i explained in an earlier post.

It's a pity I'm the only Local Trinidadian online in this amazing game....If you interested i formed the Trinidadians[TnT] Guild....i usually play with larger guilds and you can be a member of three consecutively....GW2 is doing Raids now and has listened to the frustrations of Jaded MMO players to create a very casual friendly game that can appeal to a wider array of players...

Yes you will have to pay for it separately even if you bought the game before. The Core Game and Expansion (and Future Expansions) are Bundled together for new Players.

PS. Besides the Fact that It's a Buy once and play the game for free (No subscription fees) The game has undergone some Quality of Life changes as well as balance for Professions. I Never feel obligated to play in the Way WOW made me an addict...GW2 is so much better for me as a casual player who refuses to spend 15 dollars a month. I'll probably play this game so long as i have an internet connection.

Ah man getting older.....i'll be 36 this year. And i seriously need a good recommended locally bought chair for those long Guildwars 2 and Dota 2 sessions. My old Trusty Chair is physically breaking apart after about 15 years of yeoman service! I'm looking for a High back chair with neck support.....My budget would be around $2000tt max. I've had to stop my Martial arts and other sports due to a slipped disc and rotator cuff injuries. Currently doing physio but i still want to peeeeeeeeyung! Any recommendations from the GATTers? Tell me where and price if possible.....i'm partial to south but for meh back i will make a Port of Spain run ( i dislike traffic especially with meh back!!)
