I like Warcraft 3 it's really cool and innovative however i could never get over the limited control, that alone got me a lil pissed of, it's a visual masterpiece but interms of game play the award goes to....... *drumroll*
Starcraft jus because is wah i grow up on and every other game like it grew up on the starcraft fundimentals

Me I love Starcraft, Prince of Persia, Vagrant story, Brave Fencer Musahsi, Legend of Dragoon (never got further than the 1st cd) but the number 1 game there is Vagrant Story and oh yeah Metal Gear Splinter Cell and Syphon Filter1 would be there but it was too easy
