*Palette editor (completely changes the look of your favourite fighter from the colour of their shoes to the colour of their hair)
*Movie theatre (cutscenes he made for the Remake I guess. I dont remember any movies in the original Mega-Drive versions apart from the intro city shots.)
*Image gallery (I wonder if he'll have fan art from his site in this section. There are some f**king amazing artists on that site. Probably just box art though.)
*New weapons such as pistols and rocket launchers. YAY!
