Now before ppl flame me, let me make a few points:
1. I agree that you NEED to ensure that your health SECTOR is satisfied in their jobs (Dr. nurse, etc)
2. I agree that there are Dr. out there that may not have a private practice, support a family and quite frankly between the ridiculous hrs and not so great pay (by certain standards) it is rough.
3. I agree that the actual facilities are WAY past decrepit and they NEED to give these CARE GIVERS better and more suitable materials to work with.

Now that i've shown the sympathy, here comes the FLAME:
1. As mentioned in 3 above, these ppl are supposed to be CARE GIVERS, not that money is not important, but if you're complaining about not being paid enough, you BETTER DAMN WELL BE WORTH IT. Not having ppl die from going to hospital for a FOOT INJURY and ENDING UP DEAD CAUSE YUH OVERDOSE THEM ON ANESTETHIC!!! WDMC. Or killing someone child cause yuh inject them with 2 drugs he ALLERGIC TO!!! WDMCx1000.
2. These CARE GIVERS are more interested in their pockets most times than not. I know this cause I know ppl that work in that field and the stories i've heard REGULARLY from a WIDE area of medical professionals, MOST ARE @$$HOLES that think they are so important that most of the world should worship them. Its called the god complex and MANY doctors have it, and many get it from where they are taught. I had a friend who is now a Dr. and I listened in DISGUST to hear him ADMIRING a Dr. who YES knows his shit, but is SO arrogant and disrespectful to his nurses and ANYONE under him that it would make Patrick look shy and not confident. And the sad thing is he is a role model to REAL up and coming Dr. in Mt. HOPE. WDMC!!!! Did I mention he ONLY wears designer suites and is a womanizer?
3. Lastly, what about the many ppl that will suffer cause you think you don't paid enough in your lower paying JOB? (by lower I mean not ur private practice). Think of the ppl that suffer EVEN WITH THEIR CARE, far less now without it altogether... I have a belief that all ppl, regardless of race, status, wealth are important (Save criminals, we just plain doh need them) but what I getting at is, if the garbage man stop picking up garbage, watch and see PRESSURE IWMC! yet they paid pittance. Here we have DOCTORS, who in addition to not having a bad STARTING salary, have STATUS, have respect and much more, and here they striking... *sighs* sad.
