This has got to be one of the funniest things I've ever seen in a long time. It just has to be seen. The genius part is how reliably he manages to uncover people as racist, sexist anti-Semites. Creepy. I'd have to agree with the 96% on rottentomatoes.com, Borat's awesome.

Well, the reviews are in, and are pretty much what I suspected.  This movie has officially been dubbed 'Funniest Movie Of The Year'.

I am not normally a comedy kinda guy and usually go for action, sci-fi, fantasy, etc. kinda flicks. This movie, though, was the funniest thing I have seen in the longest time. When your jaw actually starts hurting from laughing, it must be something special. I guess the only thing that comes close is Mr. Bean (the TV show). Just be aware that if you are easily offended, this movie is most definitely not for you. If not, go see it and prepare to laugh like crazy.

Maybe, but perhaps Ali G should've told them what they'd be in for before he actually shot them on film. You know how sue-happy people up there get.

And if that guy was indeed serious about Borat driving on the wrong side of the road, well....Borat's a moron. I'm all for good comedy, but not if you're going to risk a few lives in doing so. Alas, still haven't seen the movie. Sure it's a blast, though.

nah well from what i read, the release forms basically state that the film can and will be used in any way by the owners ( the "documentary" company ).
they thought it woulda be shown in kazakhstan, so thas prob why they didnt really look at the details, or if they did, they didnt study it at all


so they signed their rights away...

 ali g been doin this for quite some time, tho.. is only now he have the borat movie, but as ali g, borat and bruno, he's been impsin up people for years now on british tv lol

tho i doubt he can do it any longer, unless he invents a new character
