Don't...really...compare the sixxaxis to the Wii controller. Tilt is a...a bit of a step below spatial recognition. What you'l have to compare is the developers usage of both technologies.

I don't consider myself a Fanboy in anyway, on top of that, I don't feel like I need to defend my opinions. I own a PSP, DS, 360, PS2, GameCube and soon will own a Wii and PS3, so fanboy I am not. MY "Opinions" which I have stated clearly is that the 360 is by far the best so far, until the Wii and PS3 shows me better then that's my "OPINION". If you "Wii" fanboys want to take offense go ahead, I was in no way meaning to Offend or put down your little Wii Wii's. If that's all you can afford, then congrats. Enjoy!, As a gamer, I look at all consoles and judge them evenly. I was looking at things as of TODAY, if you want to misread that as Xbox Fanboyism, then go right ahead. You are entitled to your "Opinions".

And W1nTry happens to be family, but his "Opinions" are also his own.

Now I see why Shivadee stopped posting on this site, as there are nothing but Juveniles trying to defend their little defenseless Wii's from a so called Xbox Fanboy. GROW UP!

Funny that you said that Laertes, have you read Crixx's post? Sounds like insults to me...Anyways, let me not go there again. And facts? Crixx should look up his facts, COD 3 is already out for the Wii and it stinks. NO multiplayer support and forget about four people, in fact just 2 people playing on the same Wii console in COD 3. I guess it's all about playing with yourself....Single player campaign is all you going to get from it. I guess your friends just come over to play Single player campaign one at a time. Where is the fun in that?

yu didnt create this to insult the other consoles you say?? but when i initially asked why this isnt a three way thread, you proceeded to throw a heap of disparaging comments at the wii, calling it sub par! and saying that it couldnt play with the big boys!! yuuuu said it, take a read if you forgot, and its those comments that made everyone else call you a fan boy and started defending the wii.
You cant make an attack like that on the wii and not expect a retiliation, come on, you need to grow up as you said.
When you made those attacks on the wii, you made them in a matter of fact way, not as an opinion, but as a matter of point and that obviously ticked some people off.
If you read  my post, you will see that i gave praise where praise is due. The xbox 360 has its killer app finnaly, gears of war. Because until HAlo 3 releases, the xbox 360 would not have had an app that it could claim was better than everything else out there. Sure it has powerfull hardware, but without anything of substance for people to play, its just a flashy green and wite thingy.

And why exactly does cod 3 for the wii suck?? Because its innovative as hell? alongside far cry for the wii that represent leaps and bounds in the fps arena on console??
Those games represent developers thinking outside the box and producing amazing work.
Last time i checked, 2 players still makes a game multiplayer and hey, not every game is designed for multiplayer, nor needs be.
Metal gear is a knock out franchise, no disputing that in anyway!! is it multiplayer?? No. Does it get flamed for that?? Nope.
Still a great game. Come on dude, do better than that.

If you want truly massive multiplayer, you wouldnt be playing a console, youd be on a pc playing wow or something...

Nintendo has good stuff now, and with the massive sales success its having, developers are gonna want to put there best work out there and capture markets they never could before, so nintendo is going to have support this time around and its going to make even more amazing games in the near future.

Your the one that started bashing the wii for its graphics power, but when faced with the facts that game play is what rules, you suddenly backpedal and start saying it was an opinion and we shouldnt be offended blah blah.

Well, yeah, its a fact that the 360 and ps3 have greater graphics power than the wii, but is it a fact that its a sub par system and that it shouldnt be considered in the running. Not at all.

And as laertes said, the psp v ds fight was supposed to be one sided because the psp is more powerfull.
and as we saw, nintendo's innovativeness has solidly won them the fight in the mobile market. again. Game boy before, Ds now.
Lol, gameboy vs game gear. Game gear more powerfull and more flashy, also more expensive. Remind me again who won that fight?? Lol..pfft.

Crixx, if you took the time to read, Never once did I insult the Wii, I stated facts that the graphical power of the Wii is never going to match up with the 360 or PS3, you were the one that wanted to Include the Wii in this post entitled "Xbox 360 vs. PS3 - Round 1". If you were to include the Wii in this post and compare the Graphics like this post was meant to, then the Wii will fail miserably. FACT. You and Central Pimp were the ones starting with the FanBoy CRAP, such juvenile behavior. So end this post here since Crixx and Central Pimp and all the other Nintendo FANBOYS can feel like they have some sort of victory defending their Wii in a post called "Xbox 360 vs. PS3 - Round 1" real smart. Stick to posting Wii stuff in the Wii Post. When I get my Wii I am sure I will enjoy playing it no doubt about that, as with my 360 and my PS3, so your posts mean nothing to me. Happy Holidays...

I dont think anybody trying to insult anybody or any console here,we jus tryin to find out why the wii wasnt't included and with reason. The wii graphics is one criteria that took one for the team but that is only one criteria and it should not mean it cah run with the "big dogs", then Xbox360 shouldnt run with the big dogs too because there is hardly any standout innovations in this day and age,although it's quite powerful.
Nintendo are the trend setters...they create standards....the question is not if the wii could run with the big dogs but rather can the Xbox360 and PS3 run and keep up with De big Dog.

unless the developers learn how to use the power they will make crapy/lesser graphics. we all know that the two consoles are suppose to have games basically on the same level in terms of graphics with maybe frame rate differences and a few extra stuff like this new sweating thing they doing and even that's pretty much up to how good the developers can do it.

pretty soon the games on both consoles are going to reach their heights and we could have a nice little comparison although it's still pointless to me since i like games for gameplay, heck i still sweat ps1 games like vagrant story and tekken3 even though i have tekken 5 and ff12

Fuh real ah mean come on a lot of hard core Nintendo fans vex because  the new Zelda looks just as good on the cube but does that make the Wii version any less innovative noooo!!!.
I dont like Microsoft but the if i get a 360 with Gears of war ah taking it and the ps3 i definitly want one but i not paying the Ridiculous prices for it down here.
All in all everyone has a system that they are a little partial to for me it's the ps3 but i wouldnt mind ah Wii, and be honest i was like WTF 360 win over ps3 in graphics then i looked at the fact that the ps3 only out for a month and the 360 out for a year give the ps3 about 6months then re do the comparison. I not saying it will win but it shold at least improve.
