Miscast comic book characters

[Red Paradox]

i actually found superman was pretty well cast, only problem was that it was time for a REAL super powered villain.

i think we should give cage a chance as ghost rider. he is an awesome actor.


i surprised nobody here mention halle berry as storm. dat hatta be the worst casting ive seen for the x men line up .(unfortunate thing is im not sure who coulda do that role...)

 cyclops was a cardboard cut out but he really looked the part.

anybody find Topher Grace looks more like peter parker than Tobey?

hmmm...I'll argue with that.......besides Darkseid and Brainiac....Lex Luthor is one of Superman's most nefarious villians, ever. The fact that he has no powers and he's armed with cunning wit and intellect makes him stand out. Kevin Spacey did a damn good job of portraying him as well. Who knows maybe if they make another Superman movie, they'll bring in Darkseid.....

Also Tobey Maguire was a good Spider-man, his only problem was his eyes and hair color. Spidey has brown hair and hazel eyes. Tobey has blue eyes and Raven colored hair.

I mentioned this before...but when they make the "wolverine" movie, I hope (if they're bringing back Sabretooth) that they seriously consider Triple H to play the part....he would be a kick a** Victor Creed!

i mena, kursten is not a natural red hed, but they made sure and get that right for her mary jane role, but then messed up spideys hair and eyes?(i of course never noticed his eyes)

its like how they messed up the side of his face that superman's "s" curl was on brandon routh
and not like once eh! wholleee movie they kept putting it on the wrong side

In the first Spider-man movie....in the cafeteria scene. Mary Jane slipped on juice and the marvelous hero...known as Spidey
saved her. She then stared into his eyes and said..."hey, you have blue eyes." oh some crap like that....

but I was rewarded by that Intense Action Sequence which involved the plane!
That alone was worth the price of the admission as well as the bullet in the eye!

i highly doubt that, where did you get this information? marvel recently announced a few movies they plan on working on as early as next year and the list, while expansive, had no mention of a Black Panther movie.. besides, Wesley Snipes may not be the ideal candidate for this role, he doesn't exactly make me think 'Young African King', there alot of other actors out there who may be better for this role.

Out of that list, the only ones that interest me in any way are Captain America and Iron Man. The first Punisher was pretty awesome, so I'm guessing the sequel should be good.

For some reason, I have nagging doubts about Wolverine. Hugh Jackman rocks all kinds of sauce, but I don't know...

and a good oppurtunity for them to do some crossm arketing wouldb e to have Storm appear in the movie and show how the 2 first met.

marvels pre-production movie list (post 2007) includes the following:

Wolverine
Hulk 2
Thor
Magneto
Captain America
Ant Man
Iron Man
Punisher 2
Sub-Mariner
Nick Fury
Avengers

but expect top see alot of changes in priorites where these movies are concerned, it will cost the studios less to make sequels to existing franchises than to move on to something new.

I want to see Captain America, Iron Man, Punisher 2 and Hulk 2. LOL@ Ant Man, I could take on that as well...
however I'm confused...is the Magneto movie gonna take place after the events of the third (and crappy) X-Men movie or before the first one?
Also are they using Ian Mckellen (if I spelt that right) again? Frankly he's not a bad actor, but he's a lame Magneto......in terms of appearance that is.....

Hmm ... Avengers ... What crew you think they gonna have in that one? I mean, there have been many lineups in the past for the Avengers. I guess it would be too much to hope for Spidey, Captain America, Hulk, Sub-Mariner and Thor in one movie.

Speaking of Punisher...I preferred Thomas Jane's rendition than Dolph Lundgren's...

Dolph's portrayal, while savage, was still "flaccid" in comparison to Tom...
