Best Gundam Series

Okay this has been a topic for heated discussions:

So this is basically a thread to express your opinions about the other gundam series, the ones that took place in each alternate universe.
I won't even try to go into a synopsis of each series, because well: if i tried I may never finish them. All the gundam series deal at heart with the same issues, the nature of war, man kinds history with war, if humanity can never truly change, racial  hatred (originals and new-types / coordinators and naturals, whatever)  etc..

What each series did, was tell it from a differrent point of view, of its characters; Seed- in a slightly melodramatic way, with two best friends being pitted against each other; Density - from the point of view of a protagonist on the losing side of an (so-called) unjust war; Wing - from a view that I found confusing, as if the writers were unsure where exactly they wanted to go; and well I can't speak for 08th myself i’ve never seen it.

Anyway, so vote people!!

there are alot more gundam series than what i called here by the way i have a few of em :S but to much to post up

Gundam Seed- great character development, im a Athrun Zala fan boy so excuse me on that , i loved the mech designs as well and its by far one of the best story lines ive seen from a gundam series in awhile.

Gundam X After War - well this is a old gundam series but i liked this one as well -After War Gundam X ~ Kidou Shin Seiki Gundam X ~ Mobile New Century Gundam X) When one space colony declared its independence from the Earth Federation, the devastating 7th Space War, an all-out war between Earth and space, resulted. The Federation responded to the Space Revolutionary Army with mobile suits, called Gundams. However, the Space Revolutionary forces played their trump card and dropped hundreds of space colonies onto the Earth, plunging the planet into a seven-year-long nuclear winter. The Federation collapsed, but the Space Revolutionary Army was unable to invade the Earth in the aftermath of the colony drop. Fifteen years have passed. The year is now After War 0015, and a New Federation has sprung up on Earth to restore order. In space, the colonial leaders have been rebuilding their own forces as well. By chance, fifteen-year-old Garrod Ran has discovered an old Federation mobile suit, the Gundam X, and now he uses it to help out the Vulture ship Freeden in its struggle to keep the powers that be from repeating the mistakes of the past. the whole after apocalypse setting is way cool sure alot of the story parts in it are corny etc lol but ! 4/5

Gundam 0083 stardust memory: i forgot to add this but as well as zeta gundam and mobile suit gundam these 3 are the original gundam series and of course being a fan of it it gets a "biased" 5/5

meh thats my input for now on some knowledge just for after war anyhoo

gundam wing was v confusing :s i have to watch that over been a few years sinc ei watched it and to me it is a great and all eh but its not the best gundam series out there in my honest all time vote id have to go
Gundam The 08th ms team : cause one the suits are not the godlike suits of most series there just advanced builds of normal suits ..The 08th MS Team was one of the most 'realistic' installments of the Gundam series. from my knowledge, gundam seed is probably the best, haven't watched it though, only destiny which was surprisingly better than wing IMO.
i think the ending was really lame though....
