well he did stop pain from accomplishing his goal... of course he had help... lots of it (the frogs + the slug etc etc) so to say he single handidly defeated pain would be false

and when he fought pain.. the kyuubi was indeed naruto's "tool" he just din know how to use it... now he might be able to use it as the tool it was meant to be.

oh and whether they have they own identity/entity, it could still be a tool eh.. take for instance samehada or even the fact that madara using all of akatsuki as tools lol

i think we jus differing on the concept of a tool here..

a horse can be used as a tool.. but if a man loose control of he horse and the horse go on a rampage.. does that mean it's no longer a tool? nah it just means that the man not strong enuff to control he tool.

i.e. naruto... wasnt strong enuff to control his tool.. now he might be... in his own particular way...

he doesnt have to partner up like killer-bee in order to use the kyuubi as a tool

once u can be used by someone to accomplish their goal or task etc.. your a tool
whether u WANT to be that tool or constantly struggling against it is irrelevant, a tool could want to kill it's master all it want.. is still a tool.. and btw...

and yes the kyuubi bad.. but he cant break the seal... unless naruto release him... in other words... naruto have all the power over the kyuubi... so u dont try to overplay the kyuubi's strength.. he is still binded.

This is quite inaccurate. Taking in sage chakra is rediculously hard. It's not simply generating clones. His three clones weren't storing sage chakra but constantly molding sage chakra. Thus he had 3 clones doing what even Jaraiya couldn't do perfectly. The fact that naruto could fight against pain, and keep his 3 clones molding sage chakra was quite an impressive feat.

I'm not debating whether or not it was difficult I'm just stating accomplishing something that requires one to spam mass amount of Chakra when done by Naruto is not impressive because we all know the story behind him and his ridiculous chakra pool already.  Thats almost as being impressed by a Stealth Bomber because it wasn't picked up by radar.  Also how is molding different from storing he knew that he could only facilitate sage mode for a specific period and as soon as he could no longer maintain it he released a clone that chakra or whatever came back to him and he was able to go in Sage mode again.

I guess you wouldn't be. After defeating 5 ninja's that destroyed the entire village, why be impressed since he initially lost to the last and strongest one? And this is pain's power, what if he loses chakra and takes damage from his own jutsu. I had this discussion before, and it's like this. Each ninja has tools affording them power. For sasuke he has sharingan, for pain he has rinnegan and naruto has kyuubi. Weather or not pops showed up, pain no. 6 would have been dead! It just so happen that pops showed up and resealed kyuubi after which naruto proceed to kick pain no 6's ass. So yah he did defeat pain.

Once again technically the village was taken out by only 1 Pain God Pain and lets not forget that when any of them are successfully defeated they had that contraption to resurrect which ever one was defeated.

Okay here memory does not serve you right. Choji was never the strongest Taijutsu fighter.

I did not state that Chouji was the strongest I stated that he was one of the strongest it was either Rock-Lee and Chouji or Rock-Lee or Kiba I think they mentioned it at the second tournament or when they were fighting against those sound Nins when they were perusing Sasuke.

You miss the point of being a ninja. Kakashi was not born with sharingan, yet that is his main source of power. A ninja uses to tools afforded to him to give him the edge in battle. These toads are naruto's. Thus they count as his strength.

Well that makes sense I'll accept that and move on even though Kakkashi was already good due to his background with the White Fang.

I am just stating that possibility is as far fetched as tobi being obito.

He's a genius. We know that. But its what the writer's said/did so who am i to argue with them. We may not agree but it is what it is. Can I ask you who your favorite character is?

Unless he was touched by God he should not have been able to developed the muscles that it took Rock-Lee years to attain thats all I'm stating.  My favorite Character Is Neji but I also like Rock-Lee and Gaara.

is not just muscles
its chakura control and release
and most importantly it was a series of movements rock made to be able to get that speed
and kakashi macooed it and passed it on to sasuke
probably drew up a move sheet, do this then this then this then this then this
to achieve maximuum pwnage speed
which would be a breeze for genius sasuke ( who is probably infact touched by God)
