Danzo looks had he that sharigan a while now.. I guess that he harvested Obito's other eye covertly. either that or..

Probably also obtained the eye in a bargain with Madara a long time ago as well. Madara hacked out some other Uchiha's eye to give Danzou in return for some favour.

Of course, the next obvious question is:
How well can Danzo use his sharingan?

Finally someone who thinks. This is the first series of statement pertaining to this topic that might actually make sense. If danzo == madara in any way shape or form, he probably suffers from an unusual split personality and must be a master of bushin since he could be busy following sasuke and had to hear about danzo becoming hokage from zetsu.

I figured either danzo really harvested that sharingan from obito right side or it was probably given to him by madara in exchange for having itachi destroy the uchiha clan or some other reason. Or you know he is pretty resourceful so he could have gotten it himself or linked up with orochimaru, i don't know too much possibilities.

Tobi = Madara, i mean how many times must they say it in the manga. And Madara = Madara, not danzo or obito but just madara.

So then people must be saying danzo was once the mizukage. I mean how likely is that. Seriously. Because he couldn't make hokage he became mizukage. That is treason, even he isn't that stupid.

Theres obviously a bigger plot still to be revealed , but i'd say Danzo is most likely an average guy lusting for power , after the uchiha massacre there must have been dozens of sharingan eyes lying around easy to harvest...

Likely the 3rd hokage would have ordered that all uchiha bodies be cremated to prevent theft of their sharingan after, and danzo's root anbu covertly harvested an eye for him..

He probably lost his eye in some battle ages or ago hence the reason for the bandage.

I think a good plot twist would be ' Sasuke , this eye is from your dead father and its power matches yours!'

What i'm still waiting to see is a Byakugan Versus Sharingan fight , Sasuke would obviously own neji but it will still be interesting to see.

You're the one not thinking. Someone who fooled most of Akatsuki for half the series couldn't have played off not knowing who the hokage was? Did it never occur to you that the entire point of that was to have Sasuke hear who the hokage was? I think Madara could have spoken to Zetsu in private if he wanted to.
Let's get real here.

Your comments on the mizukage don't even make sense. Kisame said he was mizukage, plain and simple. I think Kisame can be counted on to know who the kages of his village are. And your treason thing isn't making sense. Are you saying that he wouldn't have become mizu because that would be treason against Konoha? Madara is worried about committing treason against Konoha? Seriously?

Not Madara, danzo. Stop using them interchangeably. So sandaime wouldn't know the man who was challenging him for the title of third all those years ago was madara. Even though he was named third by the men who faced him (first and second so you saying they wouldn't recognize that danzo is madara). Or none of the village elders would be aware that danzo was madara.

Also Your comments assume danzo == madara until proven otherwise, where as my own shows danzo != madara until proven otherwise. You are making an assumption about danzo = madara where as i am stating why danzo is not madara.

And did you even read what i said about him being mizukage. I am asking a simple question. Because he couldn't make it as hokage (DANZO not MADARA) did he run off and become mizukage. I still see them as two separate people and none of your arguments in any way proves danzo to be madara. It just attempts to refute my arguments by assuming danzo is already known to be madara which is still just speculation like tobi = obito.

Come on exar, we in dis long time. Bring forth an argument that proves danzo to be madara.

Here let me get you started. When madara revealed himself to sasuke, he only showed him the sharingan half of his face. So we didn't get to see his mouth or anything
