LMAO @ all this Naruto vd nonsense... I want to see what Naruto really going to do against pain... he is already in senin mode with the last of the clone gone... the frogs are all gone... pain was contemplating a BIGGER Chibaku Tensei... which means he has tonnes more power... I mean really.. what is Naruto going to do? I suspect finding the real body is part of the plot... or naruto will do what he does best... OUTLAST his enemy...I mean pain is a gosu nin to have him taken out without a SPECTACULAR move by naruto (and we've seen ALL his moves already) would be a disappointment... I wonder what will happen indeed...

2 main things i gained from this chapter except to bowing in awesomeness of yondaime

1 - The fact that the 4th said he sealed HALF of kyuubi's chakra within naruto (Yes HALF). Makes you wonder what the hell he was facing huh?

2 - The fact that he said he couldn't defeat madara. Really just how strong is that guy.

As such we could draw the conclusion that the 4th had a repeat incident against madara the same way shodai did. Having to face both madara and kyuubi at the same time. Even though he died at the end, it was still his choice to use that forbidden jutsu, so i won't say he was defeated by madara directly.

I think the whole 'fox' is sealed within naruto but half is left to mix with his own chakra , we'd have to check back several chapters... could be just something lost in translation

Else the whole kyuubi was too much for any human to handle and half might still be lying around somewhere... Room for a naruto sequal perhaps ? Starring Naruto's son?

I think Yondaime should have been able to handle Madara , the sealing jutsu ought to take out any ninja or demon no matter how strong they are .

Madara probably sent the fox to avoid a direct confrontation , knowing Yondaime would sacrifice himself to eliminate him .

then why didnt he proceed to conquer/destroy the village with its hero gone?

i think the 4th genuinely beat madara back, hes a star no doubting it, but maybe madara didnt want outright victory, so the loss of kyubi was a hindrance to his plan so decided to start it all over again.

Umm, we've known for a long time that's it's only the yang half of kyuubi's chakra that got sealed. The ying is presumably inside the Reaper along with Minato himself.

Would make sense for Pein to have used Jiraiya's body for as another puppet.

The time skip is supposed to occur soon , i don't think we'll see any more big fights just plot and character development .
