Okay firstly I'm seeking some confirmation what is the meaning of "WTMC" and "WDMC" all those are foreign to me it may be our island/cultural difference or me just not up to date with internet jargons. 

As for mangastream it use to have Naruto and Bleach from Wednesday but this is because the site does very little scanlation so they had the ability to produce it so fast another thing there is a translation different with mangastream and onemanga I'm not sure which one has accuracy over the other also I noticed that onemanga was moving a lot of their manga over to www.1000manga.com not sure if they saw their demise coming and strategically started to relocate what they could or they were relocating the ones that owners was not complaining about and leaving the licenses ones to go down with OneManga you guys could also try www.mangafox.com that had most of what OM had plus more gem titles like "King Of Hell.

Okay www.mangafox.com is pretty good also I use to use BleachExile and Narutofan back in the days but then they started charing for their manga.

But now I'm wondering if he is stopping his wife from sacrificing herself and is in return sacrificing himself, shouldn't she have been around to raise Naruto even if it was for a short time?  I think something may go wrong with the excution of the plan and she may have to step in to assist the 4th which is what leads to her death.

1000manga was actually set up to handle onemanga's more 'riskque' titles their ecchi and harem titles. Not sure if it's taken up the role of filling the gaps. LAst I checked, their library still frails in comparison. I have checked mangafox in the past for Tenjou tenge (though I think they no longer scanlate it or carry the scanlations)...

There were once good memories in there.

Study though... now that Naruto has access to this... 'good' fox chakra, what about the 'bad' chakra he's been using up until now? what about how the fox has always healed him during/after battles does this go away and make him more vulnerable? how has this new development affect everything he's been able to do because of the fox to date? also Naruto is unique to all other Junchuriki because he doesn't actually have the Kyubi as his 'partna' unlike the 8 tails. Suffice to say unlike the 8 tails who was able to break Sasuke's MS with the aid of the Ox, Naruto doesn't have that... so what does he do? he unlike the others can't go full Biju either.... This development has raised man questions...

Yeah and he further went on to say something about she needs to stay in his life because there are certain things that only a mother can do so it seems the technique was just going to strip her of most if not all her chackra but she would have still been alive.

Who says he has access to the "good"?  Isn't this for the first time in his life he just has total control over it and can take what he needs when he needs it, instead of the uncontralable river that Kyuubi use to pour out to him?   

Basically its kinda like when Ang learned to control the Avatar State I guess they had to take away the whole healing thing because SAGE mode does make him almost imprevious to everything while he is in the mode and it doesn't really matter because even when he had the edge of being healed by Kyuubi and Sakse has no such advantage they still gave Saske the win utter none sense. 

I think he is going to reach the stage when Kyuubi trusts him we just not quite there as yet because even the Ox was remenicing to when he use to fight against Killerbee and from the statement Naruto made about he is not going to abuse Kyuubi I think a relationship can develope somewhere along there especially with this crap about how Naruto has the effect on people around him how he just magically earns the trust and respect of others so he should be able to use all the advantages of having a tailed beast with in him, in control and as a partner.
