I find it rather ironic, in a sense that any portrayal of Africans as spear-wielding tribesmen is considered 'racist' or in poor taste. What's so offensive about something that was (and probably still is in African communities) a part of black history? Is it so horrible to be portrayed as a close-knit group of hunters and warriors who take tradition and culture to the very core of their being? Ugh, political correctness. Just the white people's excuse to banish any other race's culture from the airwaves, that way I see it.

Worse yet, who the flick put it into people's heads that a black person eating fried chicken was 'offensive'? What, they're not allowed to, or something?

With that said, I agree with Crixx. Commercial was hilarious, and, while I could see how people can be offended, it's really for a bunch of silly reasons, when you sit down and think about it, really.
