I F.E.A.R. that i have a corrupt intaller

i just download the F.E.A.R. Multiplayer only game and it eh have no errors pppping up but it refuse to install i double click and nada can anyone say if they have had a similar experience please?

 Try to extract it manually with like winrar and see what happens? Might be corrupt installer , i remember this happening to me more than once , can't remember how i fixed it ( if i ever did) .
