G4's target niche is completely COMPLETELY wrong. If they keep gearing towards the "little preeteen crowd" of kids who want to "get GOD mode in GTA" or "play this cool new la dee da" from a company...they realy dont know jack sh!t about the industry. Some are targeted at an older audience...like Xplay...but you and i both know....we dont watch XPLAY for a review anymore...we watch it by accident, and for the kix here and there.
Their entire TAKE on this industry by trying to commercialize it like movies is going to let their own @ss get handed to them. GG Comcast.

I haven't seen Judgement Day or Eelectric Playground in a while. I guess they did not renew the show. It's symptomatic of just what kind of stupidity is in the water over at G4.

A network that made itself as a gaming network gets rid of the best gaming tv personality ever (Victor Lucas).
I'd wish for the blasted network to get killed but I still like to watch Star Trek.

Hmm ... So Morgan gettin "upgrades" eh. Interesting. Some of those who are dearly missed from G4/TechTV:

Leo Laporte - De man from Call for Help and Screen Savers never failed to inform
Patrick Norton - Screen Savers guy. You could feel the tech vibes flowing from him like it in his veins
Victor Lucas - Always dead on with game reviews and had definite enthusiasm for games of all types
Sumi Das - Hot Indian chick who was on Fresh Gear and also Tech Live
Diane Mizota - Hot Asian chick on Filter. Real nice personality even though you could tell she didn't know too much about games
Kevin Rose - Another obvious tech guy who also knew a ton about "dark side" stuff like torrents, p2p and modding
Jessica Corbin - Hot redhead chick who was on Screen Savers for a time
Chris Pirillo - Very knowledgable tech guy who hosted Call for Help for a while
Cat Schwartz - Hot chick who was on Screen Savers and Call for Help
Amber MacArthur - Hot Canadian chick who co-hosted Call for Help with Leo after it was cancelled and then restarted in Canada by G4TechTV Canada. Some episodes aired on G4 in the US during this time.
Jade Raymond - Hot chick who was on Electric Playground. Also a game producer for EA and Ubisoft.
Tina Wood/Laura Foy - Hot chicks who hosted G4TV.com, the call-in show
Michaela Pereira - Hot chick who hosted TechLive
Kris Kosach - Hot chick who was on TechLive and Fresh Gear

Yes, there were a lot of hot chicks on G4/TechTV

Olivia Munn is de current AOTS chick. I like Layla Kayleigh a lot more though (the chick that does The Feed). That English accent is the best.
