Sweet. I believe thats a good step forward for Sony, makes the console more appealing now. MS may very well have to match it very soon. Let's just hope it doesnt require the tedious set up like the Xim and Eagle Eye and runs just as good if not better than those modules.

EDIT:

OK, this won't be replacing my Eagle Eye anytime soon. My wireless keyboard and mouse raised immediate protest.

Issues...

- not enough keys (believe it or not).
- totally un-customisable (from what I can see).
- the wrist rest won't suit everyone (although it looks like it can be removed).
- it's wired (this may not be an issue for everyone).
- pretty sure the mouse won't be as good as Logitech mice that are Eagle Eye compatible.

...and the biggest issue of all: game support.

Don't sell your Eagle Eye(s) just yet.

Kinda old news...but new news to me. Retail copies of Uncharted 3 will include a voucher code for early access to the upcoming Starhawk Public Beta, which will be coming in early 2012. How could this possibly get any more awesome!!!

i only buying u3 for the sp....mp is garbage, didnt think it could have gotten worse from the beta but ND actually pulled it off.....smh

I see... but it seems to me that since the posting of that video naughty dog has released a patch that reduces blindfire accuracy and increases stopping power in weapons (players slow down when u put bullets in them).

stoppin power is a good add still needs something to make the game last tho, hopefully ranked is back if not then not worth the time for me to touch mp
