Thats foreign Home servers, I'm assuming Europe.

Each region has different designs.
If you have a friend from Europe on your list, or Japan/Singapore/Korea etc..
Go to their location when they're in home and you'll see some cool designs.

....Question.....

I bought my 80gb PS3 today....but I hav no games yet.....wen I try to sigh up for the PS Network(sumthing like that) they ask a whole bunch of personal info...In the country selection part there is no Trinidad and when I choose US and try to put in an address they say it invalid. What should I do here???

Also can I just download demos from my pc an transfer them via flash drive?

Yes you can download stuff to the PC and transfer to the PS3. It has instructions on the site

You can download firmware and thats it. After firmware 2.40 they blocked downloading demos from the pc and transferring to PS3.

pretty much, its mostly for the Linux users. If you are capable of making homebrew software for the PS3 then you go ahead and mod the systems software to your hearts content.
If not...leave it as is.
