You could run some pingtests (www.pingtest.net) to Miami, New York and Texas and post the results?
It could be that Flow is having latency issues in your area OR it could be that you simply getting connected to players that have high latency to Flow's network in T&T. The latter reason could be backed up by less players playing those fighters and thus reducing the overall player pool for you to connect to. Therefore higher chance of getting lag as the game connects you to who is available at that time.

Mass Effect 2 PS3 running on Mass Effect 3 engine
« Reply #2866 on: December 15, 2010, 09:31:32 PM »
http://www.rpgsite.net/news/903/bioware-mass-effect-2-ps3-runs-on-the-mass-effect-3-engine.html

"One of the first things you're gonna see is improved graphics," he begins, then elaborating further. "We actually created the engine for Mass Effect 3, and used that to make Mass Effect 2 PS3. So we took the content, the story and all the other assets that made up Mass Effect 2 and we put it into the Mass Effect 3 engine, and that's what we're actually delivering."

Seriously Xbox? Time to step up a bit.
Also, the 360 apparently has alot of issues with 1080 playback with 6-ch audio support. Not to bach or anything but..

http://nlogneg.com/

Quote
So, we’ve been noticing some issues with our 1080p releases and the Xbox 360. Many people, including our tester, have been reporting that our 1080p material stutters on the Xbox 360. We’ve been investigating this issue for a couple of weeks now and we think we’ve finally found out the issue.
Previous Hypothesis

At first, we looked at the bit-rates of our 1080p encodes and noticed they were very high—some of them peaked at 40 megabits/second. Just for reference, the Bluray specifications cap the bit-rate of 1080p material at 30 megabits, so our material is just blasting that standard out of the water. In order to test this hypothesis, we encoded several different videos at varying bit-rates and found that the Xbox 360 does have issues with extremely high bit-rate material (i.e. it wouldn’t play after a certain point or wouldn’t play the material at all), but there was a twist. The Xbox 360 still stuttered at relatively low bit-rates (e.g. peak 10 megabits/second). Now, this is probably due to a buffer overflow issue of some sort, but that doesn’t really answer the question of whether or not high bit-rates are directly related to stuttering.
Alternative Hypothesis

So, after concluding that bit-rates didn’t impact stuttering, we looked at the type of material that was causing the stuttering. It quickly became apparent that all of the stuttering issues occurred on 1080p material. So, in order to test this, we encoded a video clip twice—once in 1080p and another in 720p and made their bit-rates the same (within a few megabits). Although, the overall bit-rate of the two videos were relatively tame (~ 15 megabits/second), the Xbox 360 played the 720p video flawlessly and stuttered on the 1080p material.

This has lead us to conclude that the Xbox 360 has an issue with 1080p content.

Now, we are not saying that the Xbox 360 will always stutter on 1080p content or that the Xbox 360 is flawed. What we’re saying is that our tests have concluded that whenever you playback H264 content that is rendered in 1080p, the Xbox 360 has the potential to stutter.

We are not sure why this happens.

We are not sure which aspect of the decoding process is involved.

Ok I have an idea, but I'd like a little advice to confirm whether I'm right or what. If I ever get my PS3 fixed (multimeter to do some testing is on the way)... I'd like to try hooking it up to the 27 inch iMac we just got. I mean I've been playing on an SD TV as old as me (came off the assembly line the same month I was born) and while the trusty 21 incher works fine, I'd like to try a little "HDness".

So I was thinking about getting an adapter... HDMI to Mini Display. But they're about US$100 something a pop. Then I thought about doing a little something. If I get an HDMI to DVI cable and then get a DVI to Mini Display it should work... according to a forum post I found somewhere. And, like a true Trini, I thought "Dah go do".

So, this isn't urgent at all, but I was wondering if anyone has tried anything like this before and what you'd recommend. Because, let's face it, this iMac is like an HDTV anyway. lol.

In theory it should work. One of my set-ups is a HDMI (Male) to DVI (Female) Adapter, DVI Cable to monitor.
I was supposed to add a DVI to VGA Adapter as well to connect PS3 to a VGA adapter. The DVI/VGA adapter didn't fit to the DVI cable oddly.

Have no guaranteed answer for ya other than "Dah go do".

once the imac display decoding hdcp (the protocol that hdmi uses) it should work.

so i got the PS Move starter bundle and navi controller
played sports champions.......this shit accurate....like mouse accurate imo

like the fact that the wand and navi have an actual TRIGGER and not them buttons the DS3 does pass off for triggers

cant wait for kz3 and s4 to come out so i can get in some practice in a FPS environment with it
hopefully melee attacks would have an option to press a button for melee dont wanna be doin gestures for melee tho the gesture for reload in kz3 is good and possibly quicker than press d button

gotta get a 2nd wand and im set

^you tried it with MAG?
I gave Move a go with MAG Trial last night... It is VERY accurate, but... I seem to be failing at playing properly lol. I felt like a noob playing fps for the first time.
Gotta get accustomed to it. First impression for me is "controller all the way". If I spent more time with it...if anyone spends more time with it, things would be much better.

u tweaked the settings?
try decreasing the horizontal deadzone so ur cursor wont have to reach all the way at the edge of the screen to start turning

and na i sold MAG
dont support what zipper did by lyin to us when they told us clan wars was coming and told us all the wonderful features of it and led us on for months to finally tell us they scraped it

that and the game is too easy for me
many of my old clan members retired the game just not fun continuosly stompin on randoms over and over and over again we like a lil challenge

killing time on BO but awaiting kz3 and s4 mainly
those are the games i really want to test the move on
