While playing Bad Company 2 demo on PS3 I keep getting kicked out of games. Now I tried Metal Gear Online for the first time last night and the same thing kept happening. Is this happening to anyone else? Need to find a solution to that very frustrating bug.

Even while playing Uncharted 2 multiplayer my ever so often my character would just freeze for a few seconds for no apparent reason. Any light on this subject would be useful.

i to had this problem with BFBC2 Demo could not play for more than 5 mins. what i did was increase the TCP timeout in my router and it has not occurred ever since

Hey all. Just wanted to update you all on my quest to repair my 40 gig. I considered a local option then I thought maybe I'd look around online. And I found this site Gopher Mods, which seems to be a good option. I however was mindful to look around, and on an independent reviewing site the only 1 star review was this guy who said he had to wait about a week instead of their 24 hour guarantee. But I can wait if it comes to that. Otherwise they seem, I say, seem to be a very good option.

yea i cant play any PSN games downloaded from d store, themes i PAID for got corrupted, ppl cant play single player games ah hear........funny thing is d slims apparently not affected cuz my bro playin MC mw2 stueps

funny thing is this EXACT thing happened EXACTLY 1 year ago on the 28th feb 2009..... coincidence?
it also reseted my PSN date to 12/31/1999 day b4 Y2K shit LOL

1. I get the PS3 error 8001050F
2. Some of my themes were corrupted
3. Time was reverted to 12/31/1999
4. Trophy enabled games would not load
5. Some of my "unlocked" PSN downloads were reverted back to "trial" versions

I dont understand how you can't play PSN games unless they multiplayer games. I've been playing Heavy Rain all day, it doesn't require that you have to be signed in to play.

EDIT: Ok I've seen the error. I tried my PSN games and they have the same error. Does this mean these games validate over the PSN everytime they are run? What happens if someone does not have internet access?

Heavy Rain was wroking right up till I tried to login to PSN. I dont have autologin on. Its almost like its a virus that initiates when you go to login. Therefore anyone who has not logged on today DO NOT TRY TO LOG ON TO PSN!!!! otherwise you wount be able to play any games.

PS: It deleted all my trophies.

Well was reading some more on the forums and it seems from some users that the PSN was hacked, apparently even stuff on the official playstation website was changed. I am just hoping they have backups to restore my trophies.

so they changed there website and all the fat ps3 broke on psn?.... would think someone should have checked the trophy stuff before putting up the website... unless they tested with a ps3 slim, in which case they failed
