Sony really really does need to drop price.
The problem for them is increased Losses and thats not a good idea in current times.
Dropping Price will hurt them severely. But its a decision they need to make really soon if they want to move out of 3rd place.

price cut will happen this year is just wen, right now dey still losing around 50US per console sold. wen dey get d costs down d price wud come down.

Rumor has it d drop would come around d same time as Uncharted 2 as sony sees this as a bigger money maker than KZ2 and if u think about it it actually makes sense since PS ppl more into single player action/adventure games. Uncharted 2 would probably sell more dan Killzone 2, same as God of War 3 an well GT5 would beat both those in sales.

i say bring it on!! i personally don't think CoD:MW2 would be better than KZ2 but i would admit more ppl wud b playing it
1. it would be new & fresh after many months of kz2
2. plenty ppl like cod (not me so much)
3. (this 1 actually funny) ppl on my frens list ACTUALLY think CoD:W@W is BETTER dan KZ2 WTF (they fall under the term "n00b" in my sig)

hopefully cod:mw2 wud ACTUALLY hav PROPER clan support an jus clan tag, get rid of martyrdom and other crappy perks, tone down d helicopter (if they brining it back, d dogs were d only good thing in w@w), more guns/attachments, better class system (take sum notes on KZ2)
in-game clan matches and tourneys, and last but not least game launching for home

I get double the amount of kills with the dogs than the helicopter.

And what wrong with martyrdom? XD lol
I admit to have been using it in COD4.....not too much these days though.

And as for cod:waw being better than Killzone 2...
Both games have totally different feels and I am a COD fanboy.
They're both great and I'll continue to play them both.

I can back up your friends though because at first when I tried the killzone multiplayer, it felt really hard to control and the slow movements etc... But a hours play and I fell in love with it.
Your friends may have not given Killzone that hour's love.

bear in mind i dont get caught wit dat shit unless is ground war TDM an things get hectic
an yes tone down d heli it took ah million shots to take it out dogs much easier to handle.

ah man on home tell me today dat kz2 weapons too cartoony i cuda dead now if he had tell meh R2 i wudda say yes but KZ nah ok is not "official" real world weapons but it feels real

well yea the heli should be a bit easier to take down.
You should be able to snipe the pilot...that wouldbe awesome. (Modern Warfare 2 perhaps?)

The PS3 actually recognises those PS2-to-USB adapters. If you have one of those,
just connect your PS2 controller to it and plug it right into any of the USB ports.

If you don't turn on any of the wireless controllers, it'll default to controller #1.

The PS2 controller is MUCH better than the PS3 one for this game (the L2/R2 buttons especially).
I'll have to experiment with a 'well broken in' PS1 controller as well to see if that works.

The PSX controller works even better IMO. It has no analog sticks to get in the way and the L2/R2 buttons are the same size and responsiveness as the L1/R1.

Got RE5 yesterday pretty awesome, you get a lot more ammo than the demo but no shotgun to start with.

Arc, I got the smartjoy dual plus but it doesn't seem to be working with my Sega Saturn Playstation pad.

I checked it on the PC and everything works fine.

Plugged it in on the PS3 and the buttons work but the direction pad doesn't. Can't move around.

Maybe it is the "dual" feature that is tripping the system. Which one are you using? A single converter or a dual?
