I was on wikipedia for a few minutes and I stumbled on something quite interesting..moviewise.

Read this....
Castlevania is a 2007 film based on the Castlevania video game series. The film will be directed and written by Paul W. S. Anderson, and Crystal Sky Pictures is set to handle production, but a distributer has yet to be attached. Anderson also helmed another video game adaption, Resident Evil: Apocalypse, and is set to produce a theatrical version of Death Race 2000.
Very few details regarding the storyline or cast are available at this time, but the film will almost certainly feature the characters of Dracula, who has been a villain in virtually every past Castlevania game, and Simon Belmont, the main protaganist of the original Castlevania and Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest. Anderson also says that the film will span "hundreds of years". The Internet Movie Database reports that it is "rumoured" to feature Jonathan Frakes in the role of "Grandfather".
This in my watch is very bad.
Now I had nothing against the guy but his movies generally, kinda suck....plain and simple.
I loved Mortal Kombat when I was younger (and more retarded) but watching it now I can only say one word...f***.
I saw Resident Evil and honestly it knocked my socks off. However this was before I played the first game on the PS, since at that time the only one I played was RE 2. After playing the first RE and the remake on Gamecube I said one word...f***.
He cowritten Resident Evil Apocalypse and it sucked massive @$$......
Finally he took one of my favorite games and he made it PG-13, non-scary, lame action sequences and no extreme gore....That movie was Alien versus Predator. "sigh"
Now he is going to take Castlevania and do God knows what to it...The shame I tell you...the m****f***in' shame.
If he crashes this movie, just as the title implies...he needs to go to hell.
