A dash-cam is almost a requirement in Russia now. Funny it hasn't caught on here yet.

As a 'travelling officer' myself, I may have to invest in a setup like this.

- Gone in QRC this morning to drop of a copy of hte video on CD for the principal, as I enter the gate, a huge banner greets me:

"Gracias, comandante Hinkson"

Clearly he will not have time to look at that video. Today, or ever.

Learning that my last job and my current job have the following thing in common:
- Head of IT is named Susan
- Husband of head of IT works in the oil industry and has rank, meaning she really has no need to go to work every morning
- Head of IT is "not easy" as in "my way or the highway" trend of thinking
- Head of IT if a fitness buff and participates in marathons
- (to be confirmed) birthday in December!

The player can scale the video up to 720p quality, but the default 360p is kinda lame. You really need to watch it @ 720p

Just US$120 for cam, cig lighter power card and 8GB memory card. 32GB class 10 card recommended. Add an extra US$15 for the fuse box wire (motion detection while parked ftw)
