The accounts on the laptops are administrator accounts. The form 1s can easily install any software they want. He wants those accounts to be limited user accounts and a password n the Administrator account

Doesn't fujitsu have the contract to service and maintain all the laptops? a contract that wasn't tendered, wasn't given transparency, wasn't even an option for all the local PC comps?

Anyway, my own personal rant aside, yea I predict hilarity will ensue when 9 months later long before the school year even ends we hear that 75 to 80 % of those machines are either DEAD or badly wounded at which point they would be shipped off to some storage facility because of 'unfixable problems'
