- FATIMA COLLEGE ... - a Maths Teacher determining without consulting anyone that an IT Technician is quailified to supervised classes and (withotu even doing an assessment or some sort of training) doing everything possible to ensure that the superviision is done, including reprimands in front principal and job sheets with the supervision PRE-DEFINED during the school lunch hour. I think I had enough. - learning that Fatima seems to be considered 'bottom-tier' among the 'prestiege schools'. (Now that I think about it , when last was the school's name called publicly for academic excellence? scholarships?)
I forgot to mention this:WDMC @ a CCTV camera being vandalized already on the stretch between the airport and Trincity mall.... I have to say... in the words of a padna of mine: "there are stereotypes for a reason" .... any wonder this occured in the east so close to *edit*maloney, arima, etc?
happens in london too.. by their..indigenous species mostly.but iam sure the question was brought up. infact i know it was, i was there when it was brought upwhat do you do when the watchers are being vandalized?and the experts said well normally you place watchers, covertly, for the watchers.IF that was done in trinidad? hmm, no official word, but highly doubtful..and since video evidence is inadmissible in Trinidadian courts... the point of said devices would be?
because our laws and constitution have not been updated to keep up with technology.and when constitutional reform is pushed by a certain incumbent government, a certain opposition party prevents constitutional changes and drags it along as long as possible.. in their bid to "Make the country ungovernable"...
i believe the procedure dictates that for constitutional changes, there needs to be a check and balance from opposition. So what their game is, is that they will not out right refuse the change, but no matter what the government suggest, the opposition will have a problem in which the government intends to initiate the change, thus stalling the process.
