The bottom of my invoices state clearly that simple interest is charged at 4% per month for balances overdue by more than 30 days.

I am yet to enforce that, but when necessary I will.

But all that will be fixed soon. If I get thru with the Ministry of Education job, limit my freelancing to only my best customers, and distribute a letter which contains the following sentence:

"Only customers who have demonstrated a history of prompt payments will continue to receive service."

I had that happen to me yesterday.

A certain Dell Laptop screen going totally dark on boot, even in BIOS it barely readable...

Carry it by DELL technician to fix under  warranty, and it fine, no problems.

Take it back to my office, turn it on, screen fade to black instantly... WTMC!!!
