- call them to fix a line in one of our agencies...they guaranteed that monday they'll be there to fix the line...come to think of it i didn't even have to listen to any hold music the phone rang twice.

They call TSTT, some man answer make them reset the modem and stuff...
And now my friend getting "limited or no connectivity..."

Apparently the reconfiguration info the guy gave my friend isn't everything...

So ya'll know what to do?

check blink site it have the new config info there, yuh have to download for what ever modem yuh friend have though...

but "limited or no connectivity..." is a problem on the internal network

my bet is that DHCP off

PS: i dunno how, but somehow just like in Trinidad, TSTT manage to get the dumbest possible setta Indian to work the phones...half ah them just tell yuh reset modem, that is all the know...this is the 5/6th time i hear someone have to do over settings because of net problems

Well I in the same boat as you. What pissing me off even more is the indifferent attitude of the few local tstt employees I reach on the phone. Then they saying well the area have upgrades going on so it expected that at least one thing should go down. The worse is when they say if I had blink the internet wouldn't go down because Blink is a superior service. What the MC F'in Hell shit is that. I had research to do this weekend for work and had to resort to dialup which take farking forever. Thursday I dont have work, if by then it still down the fickin shid going to hit the blinking fan!!

My advice to you Eroo is to call the technical service again and demand they log your call as a FORMAL COMPLAINT. I called the billing dept last week and got a VERY UNCOOTH disinterested and RUDE operator that had a bad attitude and couldn't answer my legitimate questions. She transfered me to the india call center whom surprisingly was ALOT more helpful and I ACTUALLY GOT A CALL BACK. Call them, state how long you've been OUT of service and tell them you want to lodge a FORMAL complaint with a record of the times and dates since when you've had no service. They will log it and even perhaps give you a call back. I am currently waiting on a local technician to call me back seeing as I was 'told' it is not SUPPOSED to take more than 2 working days for a technician to get back to me. In the event they need to come to my home to check the lines themselves. I am giving them today and perhaps tomorrow to contact either myself of my family in regards to this situation as I made teh call friday and 2 working days would be mon and tues.

WTMC @ the cover of the Express. They have a picture of a priest being ordained and the picture has a woman (his mother) aiding him and the headline read. BISHOP WARNS of misbehaving priests or some other CRAP.... I could understand if they took a picture of a man of the cloth accused of such actions... but instead of holding in high esteems a man who is dedicating his life to GOD, they belittle the whole situation and take ONE part of the whole event and make it seems dirty and what would ppl think of the man they put on the cover too, ppl are so easily stupified by the media that they may see this man and contemplate stoning him or such... I have repeatedly seen sensationalism of the media and it ill effects but GOOD GOD!!! I am making a new thread that after my experience with TSTT and they C U Next Thursday crap and my DSL connection have led me to want to do more... actually.. its a revival of an old thread... FIAH BUN!!!

My stresses in life brought me to the point where I could not breathe after a regular walk to the main road friday last.

Had to go to doctor, and was ordered to go for a heart ultrasound and a stress test, and was placed n mild sedatives.

relaxed all weekend.

Went for tests yesterday. Spent $1200 to find out NOTHING WAS WRONG. I have a strong healthy heart.

I need to take a vacation.

Vacation is always a good thing, didn't you hear about the guy in japan that got Overworked to DEATH?? Man was young too, 30 years old, had a wife and two baby daughters, working for Toyota, spent a couple months working overtime for 6 months, ended up dropping dead with a massive heart attack. It is always a good idea to take vacation especially when your body is giving you the warning signs like that...

i second that!! 2 years ago, i had dengue, and cuz i was so stressed out, i had 2 relapses over a 2 month period ...i honestly thought i would die!
