when you use your dialup account by a customer  and failed to remember the "remember password" box was checked before leaving

- when you can't use dial up by another customer some days later. Getting online with 2nd customer's account, you see a good 8 hours was racked up already for the day.

- when you change password without noticeing that the capslock key was on. The causes to have to pull out your external dial up modem to get online (mind you i somehow manage to enter it correctly for dial up but not for the DAL modem) Ended up having to download a password revealer to know the right password. (I am tempted to wonder if it's the same customer where my Seagate 5GB USB drive suddenly vanish...)

- when you get your X2 6000+ in yuh hand since Friday and still fighting up to OC the 4200+ to post benchies at this time...

when yuh hard drive crash without any warning, even my hd utility said main hd was @ 92% effieciency... (pc was workin perfectly up to an hour earlier)


when yuh power supply suddenly starts to fail, hard drive gets corrupted ( as in physically damaged), and yuh forget to back up al those important documents.....and even important docs on flash couldnt save because  I had to make space on flash for someone to use it. ie stuff on flash was on hd!


mind you all this happened after hooking up a co workers hard drive which seems to have been defective, to copy some files for him (comics anime, games etc) (same person i had to make space on flash for!!!) now there isnt anythint to copy......


when this is the first time this has happened......when yuh literally dizzy @ the amount of information lost, work stuff ,school, game saves, books notes, bookmarks......feelin lil sick....need to lie down......

Can you describe that hard drive crash in more detail?... if it spins up.. a lil spinrite and a data recovery software should hopefully fix you up

geeze, sorry to hear that dude! i've lost nuff data!! now a back-up every other week (or when i have important stuff at hand) and i have 3 pc's that pretty much duplicate each others HD contents. got hit ah Rum'N'Coke fuh dat stress!!

power supply had 3 burnt out capacitors.... so im on an old back up 450 w 20 pin (had a new 500 w before)

external is pretty much dead...

and altho formatted and fresh xp tings not too smooth, (video card doing some odd stuff......


any ways,  la la la. ..... anyone knows where and how much one can get a DECENT power supply for? 24 pin about 600w etc with proper wattage etc?

and perhaps a good ide external? need it like yesterday.......

- Seeing Iceland draw Spain 1-1 in euro 2008 qualifier (and is not so much the result, is the sheer hard work and guts that Iceland played with to score and defend that 1-0 lead they had; Iceland score first and is not till late that Spain tied. So vex Spain score!!)

- Seeing Germany beat Argentina 11-0. This be the opening game of the Women's world cup. Argentina's keeper score TWO own goals in the process....

All 3 matches are worth watching if you can.
