Legally (and i just called a friend in Licensing to confirm this) those things CAN'T be licensed, and therefore are forbidden to be driven on a public road. In parks, private roads/compounds/property, no probs though.

Nontheless, That ACP is a damned jack@$$ of the highest degree.

This Cyclops should have his attorney run riot on this.. free money from the gov't for this piece of crap!! fire that A..hole C... of Police!

On the Cyclops thing, that is unfortunate, because I have encountered lots of 'rich-kids' in Diego Martin and Maraval
riding those SAME mini-bikes up and down the streets of their communities. Those are 'public' roads, are they not?

As always, there seems to be one law for the rich.....

- when 3 hours after you install brand new 512MB SDRAM for a used motherboard. the freaking board dies in its sleep... turned it off normally... come back some time later.. no post... at all..
