WTMC @ this thing I found out about my Nokia 6230.Apparently, if you have a Nokia, you can dial 112 (even if the phone is locked or has no SIM card) and get patched through to the Emergency Hotline! This might come in very handy sometime. I called the number and instantly got through to 999. That's awesome.
