I'd say call their bluff on possible legal action.....they agreed to a service and the service was carried out, any negotiation should have been done before. Once the job is complete, they are breaking the rules of the agreement, and failure to pay can potentially land them up in court, where they can end up paying for a lot more.

They don't HAVE to know that you're calling their bluff though...

oh that last line.. there exsits no FORMAL agreement between myself and that company .. or anyone for that matter...

It is still yet to be finalized.... but I think i needs to have my attorney review it and formally apply it to the masses as soon as possible.

So in short, there is no contract between me and them... (I've edited that last attorney line out of that rant) ...now that that lil bit of confusion is cleared.... now render opinions...

that woman is one cheap B!7ch

get the estimates from at least 3 well known companies and fwd it to her. let her know you charge a more than reasonable amt for that service. If is one thing people have to realize, yuh doh pay techs to 'push a few buttons and thats it', yuh pay us to know which buttons to push and when.

that being said, i would wait for payment, and then hand them an agreement to be signed - along the lines of 'failure to comply with payment arrangements, within a specified time, voids any warranty on parts/services rendered - if they don't wish to sign it then kindly inform them that because of their up-f@#$ery you will no longer be able to provide services for them.

...we DON'T have use for their services anymore.

THAT is a brilliant idea WASD!! (highlighted in yellow) Take chakra!. I have already made the adjustment to my service agreement... I really need to get it finished, lawyer reviewed and out to the masses...

change your ports
try one with 5-4 numbers that helps

my wtmc after my blink 2mb working like a champ for a week all of a sudden bearly making 512kbs, hope it has nothingto do with me dowloading 6 gig in a day
