Ok so this is the rum shop so we could talk about almost anything....right?
So you walk thru Port of Spain and you see them all over.There are at least six of em by different names in Port of Spain. Each small city/borough in Trinidad and Tobago has two of them.They had 23 outlets last year and they opened a couple more in 2006. It could be they are that successful ....but i doubt it cause i mean what store makes money if it has a 33 1/3% sale for almost 9 months of the year.

I'm talking about the Francis Fashion, Shoe locker franchise which includes the Puma store, SportWorld, the offshore store etc.Do you think they make so much money to build up so many business from clothes sale or are they in the 'laundry' business as people whisper..........if you know what i mean. i Just wanna hear what yall think cause i know i not the only one who has heard this talk.

There mark up is ridiculous!

Like those stupid shoes that women buy, a guy in know from china told me that it cost about a dollar tt for them to be manufactured, then about 20 dollars shipping and a few dollars more for customs and then they sell each one for like 120 dollars or whatever and females buy tons of these stupid things.
Their profit margins are in the 1000 percentile, trust me, they are making that much money.

THeir "sales" are never really sales because of these tremendous margins.
