Prince of persia

Hot dam, diggity do dah!!!!
this game is the shiznit, a definate must buy in 04. the scenery is fantastic, the movement flawless, and the fighting style is great, looks wmpressive. the puzzles are difficult, but solvable, and i got all this just from the demo!!!

wow, i never expected this thread not to have any responses, do you people know what this game is? I have played the demo, it is unbelievablely beautiful,

Ok here goes, the first thing i noticed with this game is just how beautiful the scenery is, the wind kicks up dust, the fire looks real, the sounds come at you from all sides.
Second, the controls are easy to get used to, the fighting style is great, the Prince can do some spectacular manuveres, such as a front slash followed by a somersault over the victim to end with a back slash and a stab with the magical dagger.
Third, the dagger, it imbues the wielder with magical abilities, such as slowing down time. There were some sweet bullet time sequencies, that did not even bring to mind any of the bullet time games.
Fourth, the puzzles are cool, difficult, yet not frustratingly so, still, this was the demo, there may be tougher ones in the final version.
Fifth, and the sweetest looking thing in the game, the wall run, for short bursts, the Prince can run along a wall for a short distance, much like the ninja in shinobi, but only for 5 seconds or so. I can see this engine being used in many spiderman games in the future.

after playing the demo, i realised that this is a definate must have for my collection, check it out, you may like it too.

playstation is such a bastard

i saw the new egm a few weeks ago and saw prince of persia on the cover and went balistic in the store
then i saw that confounded ps logo next to and i was like arrrgggggggggggg

Actually, if Iread correctly, the game has already been released, and good news to all, its multi platform, so everyone can go out there and get this wonderful game. I just picked up egm this month, oh and i got my hands on the xiii demo, tron 2.0 and midnight club 2. So look for more posts soon.
