TSTT laying fibre?

  TSTT guys around by me digging  in my area , up and down the road  , i asked them and they say the putting in ''new lines''... any word on this? TSTT did get a cable liscence and laying fibre now makes sense , push as fast as possible before flow come out..

They had bout 9 TSTT vans in my area this weekend... IMAGINE THAT 9!!! I doh think it's fibre, otherwise i'd have seen a big reel of the fibre on wheels by itself or on a large truck. I doubt it's fibre Trini, more than likely it's just an update of the existing infrustructure, or at least that's what they told us.

ok ah see a big truck in d area(trincity) a while ago......the had a big reel of metallic looking silver thing......It look like tstt cause dey up on ladders...........Dey not diggin anyting doh....
