i have a w800i, it's onboard internet program sucks, i suggest u download somtin like opera mini

opera mini sounds good i think i saw it on a sit somewhere ok call me stupid but could you break it down for me(about the opera mini) cause i am not postpaied. how do i get it on my phone do i have to pay a lot of money and get som sort of cable to do it and does it work with all phones(ok that one sounded dumb even to me!)

i got the opera mini from wap.getjar.com
accessed the site on my phone so it automatically presented me with options for my phone
i don't think u can get the mobile internet pre-paid
not too sure on that though
and come on people data cables are weak

and it classes as a computer part
so there is no tax on it
a data cable classes as a cell part so there's like a 30-40% duty plus vat on it

For Prepaid people, I believe the internet on the phones cost 150 a month called Mzone. Not to sure about the service but go to a TSTT and they will fix you up. If you want the opera go on this site and look for it, it is somewhere there;

Yeah, but if you use your phone as a GPRS modem like I do, you will see that the data transfer rates are much better using a data cable than bluetooth.  Trust me, i use both.  

Data cables are still very necessary my friend.

yeah i use a data cable on my w600i and i get speeds of about 1.5X dial up on my pc, and i downloaded opera mini from the sony ericsson site it is the best phone browser i have seen.  it formats pages to fit the phone screen size via a remote server so the phone dosent have to use resourses to do it. pages look like they were designed for  the phone and i am talking about normal websites. plus you can get thousands of mobile websites to browse  just google it on the phone selecting  the mobile net beta as the search option
