If it's using your dial up account from TSTT or other ISP that your reffering to, it don't work, i ventured into this already.
What kind of phone are you using? (I tried with a Nokia 6620)

Well I am Usin the motorolla V550 and the V525.I have the Data CAble FOr the Phones Already Tried to set it up as a modem for dial up but jus got loss

Not possible my friend.  You must have a TSTT m-Zone GPRS account, specific to the particular sim card you're using.
I've been happily using this setup (with a Nokia 6230) for some time now, and its almost as fast as dialup.  A little faster sometimes.

To support arcman.. you do need a GPRS enabled SIM.... and depending on the model phone you may or may not need a data cable.

I helped a friend set up her internet access (she lives on Gaspree Island ... no land line there!) using a Nokia 5140 and an Infrared-USB adapter.

I cyah remember the required number to dial off hand..but it depends on the model phone as well. speeds are equivalent to dial up, maybe a tad slower in my experience... but when last I checked it was $150/month unilmited.
