AHHHHHHHHHH this is sooooo frustrating. I've got dial up internet, very poor service with that. ADSL isnt available in my area. When will TSTT EV-DO go residential!!!!!! , i heard Laqtel got pushed back to end of October.
I hope they (TSTT) will have some kind of deals for laptop users who already have wired DSL.Payin for both them services AND cellphone is kind of a stretch.
Rev. A uses something called the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) to pull off this magic, along with a latency period far lower than those on current networks (32 ms versus 150 ms). It's also backward compatible with existing Rev. 0 networks, and has quality of service (QoS) mechanisms built in. QoS is something you'd need if you wanted to do something like, oh, video over the channel, and needed to manage latency. Now, Rev. A is just one step of the overall 3G-carrier strategy. Did I mention Rev. B? I really should.

Doh complain or ask for handouts cause you want everything for nothing :p
