Omega Nvidia drivers

Has anyone had any experience using these specially tweaked Nvidia drivers?  I downloaded them from here:

but I have not installed them yet, as they seem to be based on a very old driver (66.93).

Those seem to be old.  Then again i haven't seen any new Omega releases for some time. There's only NGO, DHzer0point and DNA. Check www.guru3d.com for the absolute latest drivers.

I've used various '2nd tier' drivers for both Nvidia and ATI and I can say you don't see appreciable increases in performance. Remember what these guys do is take the official releases, break it apart and remove the extra stuff. It'd be like removing some AVIVO features on an ATI card that are normally operational to prevent it from taking extra system resources. However it won't add appreciably imho. So daz my 2c

They have the latest Forceware drivers, but not the Omega version

Check under modified drivers section. No omega though, as I said before.

Other than Guru3D, where can I get the latest Rivatuner.  I cant download anything from there.
