i recently heard of the Visual Basic 2005 express editions, and i was wondering who here have had any experiences with them? I do some light programming and i am currently working on a project for school, involving using the LTP/Serial port interface to control a system.
I would like to have made an easier program using a win32 UI, rather than DOS, and i searched up this on google.
Any suggestions? Comments? (JAVA is out since i'm a hobbist programmer and i know very little JAVA as it is)
