Best ISP for Bittorrent

I'm looking for the best ISP to download bittorrent files from. Does anyone have any suggestions or maybe I should wait awhile for those new ISPs coming out.

TSTT DSL is the best bet as of todays writing.

Just don't tale a 3 year contract or so. That way you can switch to a better service when/if one becomes available in the not too distant future.

What about that EVDO sevice that TSTT is offering. Is it out yet, and is it suitable for bittorrent use only?

Well that would be good too.

It is hamstrung by narrower upload bandwidth than DSL though so to be safe on the safe side, I'd go with DSL for torrent.
