It should be coming up soon but I'm not hearing anybody talk about it.

Despite all the problems with the first Arena, I personally think that the second one should be a lot better. What I want to know is who would be going and what games do you want to see there.

Of course the Fantasy V family will be there (and my my we have grown).

This is my personal list of games I would like to see at ARENA 2:

Call of Duty - United Offence (If you guys want to play C.O.D. 2 that's up to you but I still think that U.O. was the best one.)
D.O.T.A. - (No I have not lost my mind but in the absence of anyone challenging to play in C.O.D. I have resorted to other pasttimes.)
Naruto 2 - Narultimate Hero (This is the 2nd version of the Naruto Game on PS2 and IMHO it is better than the game cube version.) See screenshots below.
Quake 4 - (If we have a proper nextwork with machines that can handle it then this would be great.)
UT2K4 - (In the absence of Quake, Unreal runs on almost anymachine and would provide a suitable pace to eliminate the 2hr FPS matches of ARENA 1. In fact Quake 4 is only placed slightly above UT because it is the newer game and I look foward to UT2K7 next year.)

Those are all that come to mind right now but I want to see the list from everyone else so let me hear your suggestions for ARENA 2.

yea

quite obvious yu lost yo mind if yu saying narultimate hero is better than ngnt 3 or 4

granted 4 has the problem of no more direction pad

even with that gigantic flaw, its still so far superior to narultimate hero its not funny.

indeed, narultimate hero is a bit more like smash bros. as opposed to a fighting game like GNT 4

Still you are missing the point. I would like your suggestions for the Arena 2 roster.

What games do you want to see played there and what games do you think should be ommited?

Possible Counter Strike .

Sf 3rd strike
guilty gear xx reloaded

Yeah Guilty gear xx is a big game. I even have it on PC.

I almost forgot to mention Soul Calibur aswell.

Naturo Ninja Taisen 4 (yeah the lack of the DPAD is almost unforgivable)

UO is better than COD2.. UO you can cook the grenades etc.

Counterstrike is a must.. its the most played game in the friggin world .. how can you NOT have it?

Tekken 5 !

of course , Halo 2 for xbox .

MY recommendations : limit BYOC , men with high DPI mice and 7800GTX WILL own men without said luxeries , i'v had firsthand experience of recieving 1 headshot for every 3 chestshots i give , or if baego wins lotto , buy 60 high end rigs with good mice and keyboard .
and get a big screen and a high end server in 'spectator' mode hooked up to it to show off games , have games to be played burnt on DVD so people don't go chocking network pulling them .

Good advice on the spectator screens. We should keep the spectators in a seperate room from the contestants and Uniformity in the specs of the machines is a must.

Also the BYOC should be kept seperate from the main events and possibly a best custom PC prize could be awarded but that is just a suggestion for some side activities to keep spectators occupied.

FEAR would be nice , i'd rather it than quake 4 gameplay wise , i rather Battlefield 2 to unreal 2004 Onslaught ...

If Counterstrike isn't on the list i will cuss.

Agreed. Not really for the sake of having sf3 but rather to give a DEFINITE game as opposed to the unreleased SF Any which quite possibly is still in development.
