Angelus was caught in the act doing a B Mobile promo, pelting some waist on this fine female.

Earning him top spot and taking over the reigns from Cragen.

Cragen held the title previously for jookin' waist on Allison Hinds on stage in a fete with a broken wrist (which was still in bandages no less!)

A quick thinking GATTer caught him in the act with a digital camera and so his rise to infamy began.
