For jahkral, the best 2 items to buy are basher and malestrom. with his fast attk not zeus have so much light. and when not in range mode 2 bash is wtf pawnage. Just think of it is sexin an enemy hero while he justs stands there powerless

get a hero with critical strike   , get him/her Mask of madness, crysalids/bruzia  , hyperstone and Divine rapier ... Mask of madness gives  you a cheap attack  speed and mov speed boost long enough to run down and kill a hero on low life...  You will get BOTH critical strikes  seperate  and when your lucky enough to get 2 of them on the same attack , the two criticals MULTIPLY, so say you have :
  Bruzia : 2.2x crit
  Hero crit : 3x crit
you get 6.6x crit....    say your base damage + items like bruzia , divine rapier adds up to 400...
Thats 2640 damage in ONE attack , plus your getting back 10% of that in life thanks to lifesteal.. thats 264 HP ... you can kill almost any hero except a tanked up strength hero in ONE hit.. with some luck ... Even without luck you'll get lots more critical strikes than you would without this strategy...

With Jahkral i like to get critical and basher and lifesteal  , or maelstrom , basher etc.. Either way with his level 6 he will kill a hero before he knows what happens, when fighting a melee hero its smarter to go to melee form for the bash since he'd likely rush you at melee range anyway, if he's running away switch to range and pwn him.

show how much u know..
lemme fill u in on something..seeing that i am a veteran dota player..percentages DO NOT STACK the way u think they do.. when a hero such aas mangix(panda), who has a critical strike goes for a crystalis/buriza  attacks u may see 2 crits come up at the same time..D ENEMY DOES NOT TAKE THE DAMAGE OF BOTH, the heros natural crit has preference over the item, hence making crit for heros with crit already is basically   a waste of money
another example is faceless void..who has..err..umm 25% bash i think it is..when he buys a basher which gives 15% for a bash on attack, he doesnt get 40% chance 2 bash..there is a formula(doh remmember d name nah) which calculates the % chance..is a reduced amount<40%

umm lemme see what else...oh yea..evasion doesnt stack..so if u have panda and make butterfly..u wll not get getting the 25% evasion from the buttlerfly, it not adding or nothing 2 his normal evasion...

lol@ 6.6x crit ...lol @ 2640 damage in one attack..lol @ kill a hero with one hit
i dunno if some of u jus picked up dota and playing and didnt play normal wc b4..but there is such a thing called armor right
so
if my hero damage is 100..when i attack another hero..if he on 100 hp..will he die?
the answer my friends is no
d damage he receives is always less than the heros damage..so he would take like 80-90

u noob. crit do stack. but only if you get both at the same time. try it. esp with PA. think about it.
is orb effects thet do not stack. just like basher if you have 2 basher and you get double bash you'll do 25x2 extra damage but you'll stun the serson 2 times at the same time. so you will get the same stun time. but the crit doz stack but only if you lucky to get both at the same time. remember 2 sep chances to get a critical!!!

There is not one hero in dota that does not pwn....sept magnus..EWW!

but you guys are going about the thread all wrong

not spose 2 be fighting
also
we trini dota players play a COMPLETELY different style to the american guys
they play games where they farm 10000 gold or more and try and build the most ridiculous heroswith like aegis and divine in a REGULAR build
these items arent ridiculous but ridiculous to us because we play a game where
if you could finish the game with a ring of regen and a Branch DO IT cuz the more time the more farm

our 2 different styles of gameplay are quite odd

but

for agil hero's or anyone with a bash i.e. my fav melee
Faceless void- his build "optimisticly" should look like this
Mask of Madness
Basher
Butterfly
treads

These last two items are... interchangeable
S&Y
Hyperstone
Basher

and just letting you all know the bash thing it doesnt "stack per se
but it gives you a better chance to get a bash
as well as his evasion with butterfly
it makes him one of the nastiest hero's to have in an all melee game
or worse yet with a ranged on your side
cuz the chronosphere allows attacks from outside
so good chronosphering tactics - trap them within range of your tree
use the chronosphere with the EDGE on their tree/tower this stops the tower from attacking and stops their creeps from reaching yours that way pushing down a tower infinitely faster :D

all of these theories/builds have been tested
