It is true, that your body would only be able to consume a certain amount of caffiene, before your system overloads and you may ultimately die..

With that said, the amount of caffiene would have to be consumed within a certain period of time, such that your system can't process it out in time...

Hence, enjoy everything in moderation.

Actually, calculation isn't that hard.

The body can handle only a certain amount of caffiene at one time, depending on the body's mass - this will change the amount of caffiene needed.

Knowing this, you only have to measure 1-3 containers of whatever you want to test, analyze how much caffiene is in it (that's probably the hardest part), so you know how much 1 container of that product contains, and you do the math from there on.

That not stopping me from drinking anything yes...the key to all things is moderation.......cause u will eat healthy, drink healthy, live healthy and some jackass will come speeding down de highway, cross de median and kill you going in de opposite direction (when u was being careful) and the last thought on yuh mind might be "Whey...i wish i could drink a coke for the last time."

Parctically everything can kill and what doh kill does purge...and soft drinks are bad for u. They just so damn addictive...sometimes u just need that sugar and caffeine rush.
