Which router do you have? And are you sure it's your router that needs configuring...and not your firewall?

my firewall is disabled both of them...it's a speedstream 5200 from Siemens

They advise that you use a static IP address for your PC, but I'll add one more thing to that... XP AntiSpy

Make sure to tweak the maximum number of TCP/IP connections. 50 should be sufficient...

Did you even follow the URL I posted? Jeez, it's all there... you must specify the port for the program to use

Pick a random port between 49152 and 65535. Then enter that port into the Incomming TCP Listening Port box.

It's not rocket science. Or rather, if it's too hard for you to read and follow instructions, then ask a neighbor or a IT savy friend to do it for you.
