Just went to see it......BLEH

just as i thought. As the critics say, Charlize Theron has her Oscar, now she has her Catwoman. First class special efx tho. This storyline, although GREAT when the cartoon was out, is now overdone and played out.

BUT, de girl HAWT.

Not really. They do the closeup/ quick camera sh!t. It eh look good.

was the movie story line even remotely similiar to the cartoon?

I some how cant believe that it was, cause the cartoon story line was so odd and would be so dificult to portray on film.

Did they have the bird creatures in it that trevor had captured??

Wat about Rachel, was she in it?

I loved how in the animatrix, they tied aeon flux into it, was sweet.

They tried to appeal to both the general and fan audience and both failed. They shoulda stick to one. The cartoon is a little too twisted for the feeble minds of general audiences.

CT waz oooohhhh! saw up until the part when she was wearing (or hardly wearing) that black leather thing then took a bathroom break

but the movie was not as it was advertised, they showed just about all the action in the AD.

I was never really a big fan of Aeon Flux.
The cartoon's plot was way too convoluted for my brain, and Aeon herself did not look the least bit attractive.

I did have some hope for the movie, though.
Too bad people seem to hate it....

I saw some of it on a bootleg...it wasn't so bad but at least it was better than Serenity!

Parts missin in your head. Serenity was one of the best Sci Fi movies to come out in a LOOONNNNGGGGGGGGG time. It was a rendition of the old school sci fi genre. With the anti-hero style scripting. It was funny, visuals were fantastic and River could WELL whoop @ss. That movie REALLY surprise me and i was glad for that. DEFFINITELY picking up this DVD when it comes out on the 20th, along with Battlestar Galactica Season 2.

i tink aeon flux was great. i dunno y everyone have a problem wit it, story was awesome, fx was gr8, everything was top notch, kool shit.

They think it sucked because they went in expecting someting and vex because they didnt get it.

I thought it was a ok movie. Not top notch, but not bottom of the barrel either. As far as a story being told went, it was an ok story with ok graphics. Worth the $10 I paid in Global flea market.
