Now that i have a bit of time i shall enlighten you a bit.


First off, you say you are a gatt member, why? because you are signed up on the website?

You are never active on the forums or at gatt events so you are unknown to us as a gatt member.

Second, if you are a gatt member and a part of this forum, then as your first act as a gatt member you should have acquinted yourself with the TOS of the website.

The removal of your posts so far have all been as a result of breac of TOS on your part.


Third, you say you wish to make your comments known and give healthy criticism.
If you were an active member of the forum, you would have known to look at the previously created threads and realise that GATT administration has created a arena 2006 suggestions and an arena 2005 comments thread for you to post your healthy criticism of arena 2005 and suggestions for bettering arena 2006.

By not looking out for the previous threads and creating your own thread to malign the establishment and its members, also by taking it upon your self to engage in a feud with gatt administration and its mods, you are again in breach of gatt's TOS.


I am not going to lock and delete this thread.

Iam going to give you the oppurtunity to let me know that you understand the breaches in tos and take your comments to the appropriately designated threads, at which point i will then lock and delete this thread.

Once you have moved your comments to the appropriate thread.

I shall respond to your pm to me and let you know the real facts and not what you THINK you know went on.
You are going on one side of the story and you seem not to care that there are 2 sides to that coin.



If you persist on spamming and breaching tos.
Your threads will be locked, deleted and after enough infractions, you will be banned.

1st off due to time constraints until now I have never truly had the opportunity to be as active in the forum or at sweats as I would like to be, until now.
 
2nd All my comments and statements seem to be taken in the worst light possible, case in point “malign”

3rd My post was made before I saw the Arena 2006 suggestions. The post was supposed to motivate gatt to commend and/or apologizes to persons who were the till that late hr…in my case 6am. No apology was made…or did I miss it?

4th If in case my “story” was indeed wrong, no attempts was made to set the record straight.

5th  breach of gatt's TOS……no comment

6th banning, this would be really disappointing to me. But I accept the fact that you must do what you must do.

7th feud with gatt administration and its mods……..

See, this could be worked out amicably.

I dont want to have to ban you, believe me, there are others or more preciesly a certain person who is itching for my ban right about now.


I knew you werent aquainted with the tos of the site, and I knew you didnt look around before you made your post.

As i said, i would incourage you to copy paste your comments into the existing arena thread, if you dont want to do it, ill do it for you and then lock delete this thread.

And of course we would see your post in the worst possible light.

You came in with the same unholy ferver of some ill willed "members" who's only purpose is to pour salt in a wound and revel in it.

Again, if you had looked around the forum, you would have noticed the spate of hate messages being left on our doorstep.

I encourage you to frequent the forum for answers to your issues and also for you to get acquainted with the gatt public at large.

I would hope your stay on the forums only last long enough for you to voice your issues and then fade off into obscurity like so many before you.

Zuse. Another problem is that your last post before the "Arena Rant" was a year ago on August 04, 2004, 03:19:37 PM, to be exact.

Had you been a regular active member making such comments, the Sincerety nor the nature of your intentions would not be in question.

Notice that other attendees expressed their joy at things that went right and their dismay at what went wrong without stirring such a fuss.

As Crixx pointed out, that is what the Arena 2006 suggestions thread is all about. Not a flame war, but constructive criticism from the membership to make the next event even better.

If you are truly just re-awakening to the GATT experience, then we welcome you back into the fold and apologies for the "rough treatment".

Do not worry, we are here to tame the drama queens lest they blow things out of proportion.

The statistics are being gathered for the event. All should be tallied by Sunday.

Here are some very very rough ones. Approximations at best.

Soldier of Fortune 2: 60 Entrants (12 teams)
Naruto Ninja Taisen 3: 20 Entrants
Fifa 2005: 60 Entrants
Gran Turismo 4: 8 Entrants
Street Fighter 2 Turbo: 60 Entrants
Yugioh: 10 Entrants
Tekken 5: 60 Entrants
Halo 4v4: 32 Entrants (8 teams)
Halo 1v1: 30 Entrants

Well iam sure we can arrange with topper to get those figures for you.

But the sof tourny handed out 3k
THe naruto handed out 1k (which iam still enjoying all now, yay hmm could buy me that long over due 250 gig hd)
The halo 4v4 was 3k
The halo 1v1 was 1k i believe
Not sure wat the pot for streets was
ANd the calibur and tekken were 1k each.
Oh and the fifa was 1k too i believe.

The showing seems pretty good guys... congrats on pulling such a crowd. Don't know if its what you expected. I would have expected the entrants for yu-gi-oh to be in the 50's too though, sinc ei saw a lot of posts about the game in these forums. What happen to those card playing geeks

The prize money was in TT$

The turn out for most of the events were great. Better than expected. More than we could handle actually.

The YuGiOh was a bit of a last minute addition due to some late organising. It did not get enough marketing exposure as it should.

We have had tournaments before with many more duelists turning out. SPK/N.E.O/PapaSmurf/Chaotic can attest to that.

Next year we will include them in from early on.

Well thank you for dealing with me an a more softer manner, had this approach been taken at first, instead of deleting my post I would not have persue the matter as passionately as I did....but the again i was in breach of the TOS. I would very much Appreciate if you moved the post to the appropriate thread. I can now understand why my motives were under question and just incase you aren’t sure it was not “to pour salt in a wound to revel in it.” So when can i expect another COD torny...i would hate to miss it.
