Got a spider problem, eh?
Well, good old NEO's got a solution that'll work wonders for you.
All you'll need is:

3 WWII Land mines
2 roach foggers
300 bags of Burritos
A box of Three Plumes

...and 1 very aggravated squirrel.

Trust me, the night you take this plan into action, your spider problems will be loooong over.
Guaranteed.

Yup....there was a series of pictures taken a while back showing an insect actually taking down a hummingbird three times its own size. But, that was a mantis. Spiders, I'm not so terribly sure about.

Well, choxlate, what more can I say?
At least you didn't face off against Clock Spider....

i used to  have tons of those big hairy spiders in my house /area , killed them all eventually , and they never bit anyone, yea @ matrix , those things FAST  , they can jump far  , and is heart attack to wake up one morning and see mrs tarantula on the roof looking down on you ...
I suggest several things ,  watch episodes 158 and 126 of naruto , buy a bottle of forest park, pick up the broom  and go inside the room with the spider  ,  if you survive ,   you can be 100% sure that the spider is dead....
Else   buy a boots of travel ,  Maelstrom, Bruzia do kyanon , dagger of escape and 2 hyperstones ,  Even if you manage to miss the spider ,  you have a 20% chain to release a 200 damage chain lightning  which should follow the spider and bounce off him to any other unfriendly creatures in the area .
if you DO hit ,  you have a 20% chance to do 2.2 x damage with the Bruzia do kyanon... Which should kill it instantly .
If all else fails , pace it out of there with the boots ,  your movespeed should be about 390 , if the spider runs you down use the dagger of escape to get cover,  then use the boots of travel's teleport to  go back to your base...
small question... what level is the spider on , and how much HP ?

Yes, Clock Spider.
It's an Internet Urban Legend surrounding a series of pictures of a spider emerging from behind a clock. Big son of a b!tch, that one. According to the stories (and note, I said, 'stories') about it, the spider hatched from behind the clock, and, it was so big, it eventually ate the clock. Do a search for it in Wikipedia, and you'll run across the pictures.

Ok .... im offically puting a pest control number on speed dial..spiders supposedly eating clocks thats pushing the limit.

I wonder what a spider is resistant to....hmm i know it has a +20 nature damage resistance........i wonder how it would do against maybe a fire arrow........

((runs off to go buy a bow))

Ok...

They also tend to exhibit a "cling" reflex if you attempt to pick them up, making them difficult to shake off and much more likely to bite. - Huntsman spider.

The spiders have talents and abilities!.... cant wait for em to pick up a sword now or just cast fire on me ....

I said 'stories', man. Clock Spider never ate the clock, the pictures just made it seem that way.
And -1 Chakra for double posting, by the way.
